• Orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

• Personalised items require 3–4 working days for processing and dispatch, after which standard courier timelines apply.

• Every cake is freshly baked and handcrafted by our chefs. As each chef brings their own artistic style, slight variations in design, shape, color, or finishing may occur vs. the image shown. We assure you the taste and quality will remain consistent.
• The selected delivery slot is indicative and subject to product availability, preparation time, and location. We strive to deliver on time but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high order volumes.
• Cakes are perishable and hand-delivered by our team. Delivery will be attempted only once at the provided address. Orders cannot be redirected, rescheduled, or held after dispatch. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• This is a hand-delivered product. It will be delivered separately and not clubbed with any courier or non-cake items in your order.
• Due to seasonal or regional availability, we may need to substitute certain flavors, flowers, or decorative elements with equivalents of equal or higher value. We will ensure the overall design and theme remain intact

• Flowers may be delivered fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or in the bud stage.
• The chosen delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
• Since flowers are perishable in nature, we will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once.
• The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• This product is hand-delivered and will not be delivered along with courier products.
• Occasionally, substitution of flowers is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

• Plants are perishable and locally sourced. Condition and size may vary slightly based on regional availability.

The following terms apply to all perishable and locally sourced products:

• Single Delivery Attempt: Delivery will be attempted only once. If the attempt is unsuccessful, no redelivery or refund will be possible, and the customer will still be charged.
• Cannot be Redirected or Rescheduled: Once dispatched, orders cannot be sent to a different address or held for a later time.
• Delivered Separately: All perishable and hand-delivered items are dispatched independently and will not be clubbed with courier or non-perishable items in the same order.
• Substitutions: Due to seasonal or regional unavailability, certain ingredients, flowers, flavors, or decorative elements may be substituted with equivalents of equal or higher value. The overall theme and design intent will be maintained.
