Cancellation Policy

At Archies Online, we are committed to providing a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. However, there may be rare instances where we may need to cancel your order due to reasons such as:

  • Product being out of stock

  • Product not meeting quality standards

  • Technical errors in pricing or product information

  • In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are permitted only before the product has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed for same-day delivery of perishable products are non-cancellable. Once confirmed, such orders cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances due to the time-sensitive and perishable nature of the items.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been dispatched from our facility.

  • Certain products may be non-cancellable due to their nature. If such a request is received, we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a cancellation is successfully requested within the eligible time frame, a 5% deduction from total order value and Rs 99/- will apply to cover payment gateway charges and shipping charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method used.

Returns & Refunds Policy

General Policy

  • Products once sold are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, we do offer an exchange for defective or damaged products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing helpdesk@archiesonline.com or calling 011-4141 0060.

  • Exchanges will be processed only for the same product/SKU, subject to stock availability.

  • Returned items must pass a quality inspection before the exchange can be approved.

Important Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

  • Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Archies Online does not provide a pick-up service for returns. Customers are required to courier the item themselves and share the airway bill (AWB) number with us.

  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return transit.

Validation & Processing

Once we receive your return request, our team will assess and validate the reported issue. If found to be genuine, we will initiate the replacement process. Only eligible items will be considered for replacement.  

Refunds Policy

Refunds are offered only under the following circumstances:

If the product is defective or damaged and we are unable to process a replacement.

If the order is cancelled by Archies Online due to stock or quality issues.
