Delivery Information & Instructions

Before the Decoration

• Please ensure the venue/room is accessible at the confirmed time slot, as delays on your end may reduce the time available for setup.
• Kindly clear the wall/area where balloons are to be installed of any photo frames, wall hangings, or fragile items beforehand.
• Balloon decorations are best done indoors, away from direct sunlight, heaters, or open flames, as heat can cause balloons to expand and burst.

Safety Instructions

• Keep the balloons away from children and pets, as uninflated or broken balloons/small parts can cause choking.
• The balloons will be hung using cello tape, as we don't use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
• Avoid placing balloons near sharp edges, ceiling fans, nails, or rough surfaces that could cause them to pop unexpectedly.
• Balloons are not waterproof — keep them away from water sources, rain, or humid areas to prevent early deflation.

Post-Event Care

• Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over to avoid residue buildup or damage to walls and paint.
• In case the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape, as the heat loosens the adhesive and prevents peeling of paint.
• Dispose of burst or deflated balloons responsibly; do not leave latex pieces lying around, especially if children or pets are present.
• Balloons are a temporary decoration and may naturally deflate or shrink within 24–48 hours depending on weather and room conditions; this is not considered a defect.

Weather & Environmental Factors

• Extreme heat, direct sunlight, or humidity may cause balloons to shrink, discolor, or burst faster than usual — this is beyond our control and not eligible for replacement/refund.
• Air-conditioned rooms help balloons last longer; we recommend keeping the AC on if the decoration needs to stay intact for several hours.

Complaints & Policy

• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible once the decoration has been attempted or is in progress.
• Any changes to design, theme, or balloon count once the setup has begun cannot be accommodated and may incur additional charges.
• Kindly be present or assign a representative at the venue during setup to approve the final look before the team leaves.
