Delivery Information

General Gifting Products

• Orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.
• Deliveries are not available on Sundays or National Holidays.
• Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed or redirected.
• Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the order, as our courier partners do not call ahead.

• Personalised items require 3–4 working days for processing and dispatch, after which standard courier timelines apply.
• Delivery within any specific timeframe cannot be guaranteed for personalised orders.
