Delivery Information

• At Archies, we partner with trusted delivery services to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery partner.

Key points to consider:

• Separate Deliveries: Our Same Day Delivery products are sourced locally at the delivery location from vendor and will be hand delivered within standard delivery timings.
• Delivery Address: Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the order, as our courier partners do not contact customers prior to delivery.
• Non-Delivery Days: We do not offer deliveries on Sundays or National holidays.
• Address Changes: Once an order is placed, it cannot be redirected to another address.
• Careful Packaging: Every order is meticulously packed and shipped from our warehouse.
• Tracking Information: Upon placing an order, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
• Personalised Products: We take 3-4 working days to personalise and dispatch Personalised Products, and then they're delivered as per the courier services. We never guarantee that the product will be delivered within the stated time.

Same-Day Delivery Instructions:

• Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
• Delivery Time: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot commit to a specific delivery time for same-day orders, as they are hand-delivered from the nearest available delivery location. Your order will be processed fresh and delivered on the selected delivery date between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Single Delivery Attempt for Perishable Items: We make one attempt to deliver perishable same-day items. If delivery is not successful, the customer will still be charged, and no redelivery or refund will be possible.
• Product Variations: Images shown are for reference only; the actual product may vary in shape, color, or size based on availability. This is specified in the terms and conditions for perishable products.
