Product Availability & Substitutions

  • We strive to deliver exactly as per the Rakhi SKU ordered.
  • In the final week leading up to the festival, if a specific design is unavailable, we will send a similar or higher-value Rakhi as a thoughtful replacement.
  • If your selected combo includes a branded sweet box (e.g., Haldiram, Bikaji, Mopleez, Vadilal), we will ship the same or a comparable brand, based on availability in the recipient’s country.
  • For non-branded sweets, products will be locally sourced from reputed sweet shops.

Shipping & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped on a priority basis, regardless of the preferred delivery date, to avoid any last-minute delays during the festive season.
  • Tracking details for international shipments will be available on our website within 36–48 hours of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines depend on local courier services in the destination country. Archies is not liable for unforeseen courier delays such as weather issues, customs clearance, or strikes.

No Returns & Non-Delivery Policy

  • Returns are not accepted for international deliveries.
  • If the package is returned due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address,
    • Unavailability of the recipient,

    it will be marked as “Delivery Attempted” and will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
