CANCELLATION POLICY

You hereby acknowledge that sometimes ‘Archies Online’ has to cancel your orders for various reasons – the product could be out-of-stock, of unacceptable quality, etc. Once an order has been cancelled, the refund amount will be credited back to your account.

There are might be a chances that you might have ordered a non-cancellable product. We will work on your request. No order shall be cancelled by the customer after the dispatch of product by ‘Archies Online’

In case of cancellation of order by you within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All the products once sold, cannot be exchanged, refunded and return. However, in the interest of the customer, In case of receipt of defective product, All you need to do is email us within 24 hours from the receipt of product at helpdesk@archiesonline.com and/ or you may call at our Customer Care at 011-4141 00 60 . All eligible order shall be exchanged with same SKU subject to availability of stock.

At ‘Archies Online’, we strive to give you the excellent shopping experience, as possible. Accordingly considering that, opened or damaged products by customer cannot be exchanged, we cannot accept the exchange of opened or used products once sold or delivered. We will try to collect all possible information from you.

We regret we won’t be able to pick up products you wish to return. Instead, we request you to courier the package yourself. In such a case, all you have to do is share your airway bill (AWB) with us and after we receive the product and a quality check is completed by ‘Archies Online’.

Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories and should be intact. ‘Archies Online’ will not accept your return in absence of these.

Upon receipt of your return request from you, we will assess the complaint of the product being faulty/defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint and found genuine. We will process your request for replacement with regard to the damaged/defect product. The replacements will be accepted for only eligible items.

‘Archies Online’ is not responsible for any damage caused at the time of reverse delivery of the Product.

For Refunds please note the following –

‘Archies Online’ shall not accept the return of product for refund. However, upon the receipt of request from customer regarding the complaint as stated and ‘Archies Online’ unable to process the exchanged product then only in such case, below mention refund procedure shall follows:

  • If you have paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, ‘Archies Online’ will Refund the amount in customers Bank account as per the details given by them from the same registered Email id through with they have ordered at www.archiesonline.com
  • For orders placed via store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions your refund will be in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time at www.archiesonline.com.
  • By placing an order through www.archiesonline.com. You agrees to aforesaid conditions and any dispute raised by you towards the same shall be considered as waived off without any demand, claim, compensations, expenses, etc.
