How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order within 24hrs, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. It gets delivered within 1-3 days after dispatch.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility.

How are items packaged?

  • We package our products in boxes. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
  • We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

International Deliveries Terms And Conditions.

  • We will ship the same Rakhi design as indicated in the SKU, unless during the last week of the festival, if we have run out of any design, similar or higher value replacement will be done.
  • If the picture shows a sweet brand on the box, a branded mithai box will be sent. It can be of Haldiram, Bikaji, Mopleez or Vadilal based on local availability. If there is no brand name mentioned over images, then it will be locally procured from reputed shops in the respective country.
  • Delivery timelines mentioned are in line with courier services timelines offered in respective countries.We will not be responsible for delays in delivery.
  • Sender’s name and the gift messages will be sent with the order.
  • Orders will be dispatched starting Aug 1, and irrespective of date of delivery. Orders received till 9pm IST, will be dispatched the next day.
  • Returned packages due to “House Locked”, “Receiver Not Available”, “Address Incorrect”, “Consignee Not Available / Shifted” cannot be refunded and marked as delivery attempted.
  • We will use the exact address as mentioned in the Order details.
  • All tracking will be available within 36-48 hours on our website.
  • International shipping charges – A flat Rs.599 charge is applied to all orders.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • We usually dispatch most orders within 24hrs (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  • Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
  • While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.
  • If you are ordering our products from a Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within due date of order.
  • However, due to some force Majeure conditions like flood, storms, high wind flows, bad weather, transportations delays, regulatory halts, political disruption, lockdowns and other unprecedented issues can delay an order. We’ll try to keep you posted about any delays by either SMS or email. However, you can ask for the status of product by providing the information at “Track Order” at logistic service provider website. This may also happens that address provided or PIN code is out of the delivery network area.
  • We endeavor to deliver the product or you may do collect your order if you can. If it isn`t possible, the order will be cancelled and we will initiate a full refund of amount of product only, upon the request of customer. This shipping fee is non-refundable in any case.
  • Time reflected at the time of order confirmation is an estimated time for delivery of products. We never guarantee or payment of shipping fees never provide guarantee to deliver the product within stated time product. Delivery of product may be delayed due to aforesaid reasons including availability of product at our warehouse.
  • Note – Personalised Products take 3-4 working days for personalisation and dispatch, and then it delivered as per the courier services, we never provide a guarantee to deliver the product within the stated time.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

  • Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different locations.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
  • India shipping charges – A flat Rs.99 courier shipping charge is applied to all orders below Rs.499, Rs.150 for same day delivery, Rs.125 for next day delivery. While there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.499..
  • International shipping charges – A flat Rs.599 charge is applied to all orders.
